Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the embedtableau platform — including the publisher dashboard, ad tags, and reporting tools — you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all publishers, advertisers, and authorized account users. Use of the platform after any posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: January 1, 2026.
Permitted Use
You may use the embedtableau platform solely for lawful ad monetization purposes on sites you own or have written authorization to monetize. Traffic fraud, click inflation, bot traffic, and proxy-generated impressions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Publisher Responsibilities
Publishers are responsible for ensuring their sites comply with applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA, and for obtaining valid user consent before serving personalized ads. embedtableau provides a consent management integration, but responsibility for compliance rests with the publisher.
Publishers must not place ad tags on sites containing illegal content, hate speech, malware, or content that violates IAB category standards. embedtableau reserves the right to remove tags and withhold payment if violations are found.
Intellectual Property
All platform technology, reporting interfaces, bidding algorithms, and brand assets are the exclusive property of embedtableau. Publishers receive a limited, non-transferable license to use ad tags solely for the purpose of displaying ads on approved sites.
Limitation of Liability
embedtableau is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform downtime, fill rate fluctuations, or changes in CPM rates driven by market conditions. Total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the revenue earned by the publisher in that month.
Advertiser demand, CPM rates, and fill percentages are subject to market variation and are not guaranteed at any specific level. Historical performance data in the dashboard is provided for informational purposes only.
Third-Party Services
The platform integrates with third-party demand-side platforms, consent management providers, and analytics tools. embedtableau is not responsible for the data practices or service availability of third-party systems. Review their respective terms before enabling integrations.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard credentials. Notify embedtableau immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access. embedtableau uses industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit.
Your Rights
Publishers may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, earned revenue above the $50 minimum threshold will be paid on the next standard Net-30 cycle. Ad tags should be removed from your sites within 48 hours of termination.
Changes to Terms
embedtableau may update these Terms at any time. Publishers will receive email notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
